(Verizon/T-Mobile TCL 30 LE) Since it's MediaTek™ Helio A22 6761V device, finding another working device and making backup, then writing to faulty one - may solve the problem. b.r. Alex.

4188s is VERIZON model, 4188c looks like retail US model. what to do: if device is powering on ... make full dump first, flash this 4188c dump, unlock bootloader, see if it powers on. post results. b.r. Alex
