Unlock Alcatel ot-995 (Optimus Madrid)

Hey.

I'm trying to unlock a Alcatel ot-995 from Optimus in Portugal.

I've tryed to buy the codes but the cellphone wasn't new and the previous owner tryed to do the same and now when i put another sim to insert the unlock code it doesn't ask me to put it.

Is there a way to fix this? I can pay for it. But i think the code was right but didn't work..
