COME FROM: TELUS CA. ONLY FRENCH AND ENGLISH
What I need: Spanish Language.

I have tried Morelocale, Language Enabler, BuildProp Edit and also
Alcatel PID change but still cant get spanish

OTU says System Up to date. but when i has CA PID i can get update.

How to flash how to repair.
Please i will pay for this.

The problem initial: Apps and services "Show Error and Close".

Try unistall the apps whith problems , unistall OK Then reboot and the Apps no erased.

Try recovery Hard RESET and the Tablet Freeze in starup/boot logo (not loading animation).

Try Mobile Upgrade S 4.1.5 and Mobile Upgrade S 4.3.9 for oficial Update.


Mobile Upgrade S no detect the Tablet, dissconect batery, detect, download, install OK.

After install Oficial Update Try Power On and same, Stuck in Boot logo.

I try Get MBR EBR1 pro_info from my model and not find them.

Your tablet is P320A, 8Gb ROM, And there are several PID's
for that tablet, first one is your's, other's are probably stock retail.

I would try editing and flashing pro_info, and after using official OTU Updater,
again, which will restore tablet to original condition.

PID's :

P320A-2[X=A,B]UFMX1 <--- You have this one
P320A-2[X=A,B]ALMX2 <--- You should try this and,
P320A-2[X=A,B]ALMX1 <--- You should try this

What to do :

You have attached archive with needed files.
Download SPFlashTools, Download attached archive.
Unpack SPFT, Unpack attached archive.
Start SPFT, scatter-loading, open unpacked another archive folder,
go to folder ALMX2, select scatter file, press DOWNLOAD,
connect powered off tablet to cable, wait for finish, disconnect cable.
Start OTU Updater, select model, and follow upgrade instructions.
After finished, you should (hopefully) have working tablet.
If not succesfull, try same process, but select files from ALMX1 folder,
and all from beginning.

check attached picture - it shows how it looks after loading scatter.

I did ROOT and my tablet turns on but black screen. Recovery starts up.
Device manager on windows 7 32bit detect tablet as mobile device Orange Sego.

As always, first thing to try is factory OTU Updater, download HERE

Thank you for your response. I downloaded OTU Updater, but there is no my tablet P350X on list. I choose models P320 and P321 but did not detect their.

When i swtich Power+ vol- windows detected it as Android Sooner Single ADB Interface
Please help and the instruction how to repair the tablet. I don't know a lot about it.

i did read all the thread.I've installed the rom you gave for the p323. It didn't work

First of all, you can't just simply flash any rom you see.
Second, you didn't post any additional details about your tablet,
and third, most important, is the ORIGINAL PID (Product ID)
of your tablet, which can be usually found on the original box,
and looks like : P320x-2zzzzzz [x=a,x] [z=some numbers and letters].

There are couple of different boards, with different amount of
RAM, ROM, with 3g/4g, UMTS, etc.

Flash attached file with SPFT, after use OTU Updater.
It will take some longer time to download all,
make sure battery is fully charged.

After finish, you should have alive and working tablet.

p.s. After all, it will have PID : P320X-2BALEU1
