Smile could any one please help


I got a new Motorola V360v from a friend of mine from Hungary
the problem is that it won't work
each time i insert a sim card in it it give's me ( Contact service Provider )
the Vodafone sign is all over the mobile and the box but what can i do ???
whats the soluation for this problem ????

there are lots of gadgets that you can use, but for me i use smart-clip. and i do it with testpoint.

is this smart-clip a flash box just like griffen or phonix but for motorola ? or just a cable and a software ?
from where i can get it ?
what should i do with the test point ?

sorry but all my repairing experince is with nokia , i din't deal with motorola before ....
