press * + # + pwr on off red button then u r phone must be in bootloader programm then conact mini usb cable see on handset screen this massage [usb conacted ready to use]
then put driver then flash mobile
use rsdlite for flashing
for rsdlite serch in moto hardware section
after flashing u r phone 100% ok i tested

Her is the solutions for the call failed in motorola hand sets

1. Just connect the og (original) charger and try to make a call if its connected just change the batterey the og one

2.if its failed to make a call than change the p.f in network section
