to solve the charging problem of L7, u must understand how it functioning..
normally for corroted board of L7, few charging regulators will affected in the way of open circuit or shorting. the regulator components is in metal type with 4 pins. located inside power part casing as show on attachments. just replace it will solve the charging problem.
