L7 USB not recogniced - GSM-Forum

Hye
im in need of help for one Moto L7.
cant on normally
using * , # and ON will enter boot mode
but when USB pluged in, PC says USB device not recogniced
Its not driver problem, coz i've already reinstalled drivers

Can anyone help??

USB not reconu so reste all driver p2k in your pc or change to the clean one

check usb connector on pcb from inside

@jebat
make sure your usb connector is okay, try charging first if your phone can't charging that mean your usb connector is broken, and you must change the usb connector

unistall drivers and reinstall same. it will be sorted. tested ok
