Line full but can't call out & received call. - GSM-Forum

My L6 is full line but can't call out and received call ( display show call failed).Fyi,i already full flash by rocker dongle, can someone give me the solution to weak up my phone ? Thank you .

that is hardware problem,pls change a good P.A ic.sure will solve it!
