motorola e8 strenge problem - GSM-Forum

hello.

i have big problem with motorola e8,recantly i get e8 from my customer for charging problem to solw,when he came to me it's battery is too low,when i try to power on it the mobile show only motorola.then the customer is go.i put it in my dhrower.after some hours i teke the mobile to repair,when i try to power on it. it does't power on.then i charge bettery with other motorola phone and take it to e8.but it still does't power on.the mobile is totaly dead.
now i am in trouble,the customer say i give you on mobile,you have to give me mobile on.
i am new in motorola section.i don't know how to flash morotola phones.because useally i repair the nokia-samsung-lg-chine phones.
,so i kindly request you to helpme to solw my problem.
one more thing i want to tell you that the mobile is does't go in bootloeader mode.(press *-#-power on).and when i conect the mobile with charge battery to rsd lite program,it show sblank-connected.
