Motorola FlipOut Hard Reset by(anowar_virus)

Back up all of your personal data before you proceed. All data will be deleted on your Motorola FlipOut by doing this procedure. However, this process will NOT delete data stored on the microSD card.

To Hard Reset Motorola FlipOut.
1. Turn the power off. If your Motorola FLIPOUT is frozen, pull the battery out and reinsert it
2. Press and hold the Power and Camera buttons
3. Release the Camera button when prompted
4. Press and hold the Volume Down key
5. A yellow exclamation will appear on the display
6. Select the Wipe data/factory reset (Alt + W) option
If you selected YES, all data including third-party applications will be deleted .
Once the wipe is complete, the phone will reboot to its factory fresh state.
Done, your Motorola FlipOut Reset back from its original status

source: Passo a passo hard reset Motorola Flipout ( MB511 )

Step by step hard reset Motorola Flipout (MB511)
After spending a difficulty with this device, I decided to create manual with detailed instructions ... Hope that helps!

FOOTSTEPS HARD RESET Motorola Flipout (MB511)

With machine OFF precione simultaneous keys POWER + X ".
Image will appear as shown below =

Tap the POWER key to access the menu ANDROID RECOVERY SYSTEM as shown below, then using the navigation key to go in 4th option (WIPE DATA / FACTORY RESET)

Confirm with ENTER key

Confirm RESET

OBS.: I used this option to remove user code, but as it looked forward to the client that the information contained in the device with this method will be totally lost.

After RESET, return to the SYSTEM RECOVERY ANDROID menu, select option 1 (SCARE REBOOT NOW)

The device was restarting in normal mode with the factory configuration.

Talking Thank You, golesorkh_11!

This totally worked - we tried for over two weeks to unlock the moto flipout, and when we couldn't we were given the same printouts as below - pretty useless if the "camera button" isn't obvious, nor was it USED!

Your solution was "right on!" Thanks for your intelligence!
