hi guys , can tell me why is my computer when i open that file show

"unable to load graphic conversion . continue with document conversion ?"
"an unexpected error occurred while reading .. ... ... ... .doc "

not only this file cant open, some file also like this .

i try use wordpad read & adobe reader -> can't

what u guys useing ?
