i have 3250 nokia when power its stop at nokia and it remain like dat,andit fail to connet wit de systemand i also use de formating code no respod .pls wat can i do

hello ppl, each time i try to download from rapidshare it says error. what can i do?? im also bit new with the software game so thanx for any help..
