Motorola V51 - changing LCD connector

To be honest, never did that so would like to know the easiest way to exchange the LCD connector on V51 PCB board... any special equipment needed or just hot air ****er (how long/which temperature)?

Service manuals don't say anything so looking to hear form someone with experience...

Thx in advance...

Spalato
