Motorola Z PLAY torn off by itself
 

Hello averybody...! i hope you can helpto me. I have a MOTOROLA Z PLAY XT1635-02 Android 8.0

When i am using the phone without reason turn off, you have to know this phone has full battery and when i want to turn on, i push the turn on button but phone does not get on. I have to conect the USB cable to my lap-top and try again,some times i can get it, some time does not get.

Also when i conect the usb cable to charge the phone just i can see a little white light led on the top of the phone, then i see the charging signal on the LCD but does not load or show the level of the charging.

I'am from Mexico sorry but myenglish is not good.... i hope somebody can to help me :confused:
