Motorola v3 when I swiitch on its getting off withen seconds battary is ok how can i get it

I bougt a used motorola milestone a853, it was working great, but the android version was old, so i decided to put the new one. I downloaded motorola update and it automatically updated my phone. After that some aplications started to hung up, and there was no way to turn off the phone, so I take out the battery, the second time I do so, mi phone died. The only thing that do is turn on a led light when usb cable to the pc is coneccted.
Im sure its a software thing, but in motorola they told me that is destroyed...flex and mainboard need service...I really dont think so.

w230 Charging problem, I m using original charger and battery but mobile shows "charging battery " and RED BATTERY blinking on display but after a long long time of charging and removing the charger the battery level remains the same i.e. Zero. Please help with diagram if possible.
