Moto X XT1058 fake charging, diodes back charging port are burned when try remove charging port, where replace this?

Just purchase a new Smart-Clip package from GSM Hong Kong. I have six Motorola V195 units. All but three work. I purchased the kit to experiment with the Smart-Clip Product.

The problem is that the Smartmoto cannot complete a Backup or Prepare on either my good phones.

Computer is Vista 32 .. Smart-Clip had been bound to S-Card
All software upgraded Smart-Clip to 5.03, Smartmoto to 4.33 and S-Card to 3.13

When I try to due a Full Flash Backup
Search is OK
Information is OK
Log to Backup
Read Info OK
Unit Switches to Flash (All this time the E/G is flashing correctly.. red and green)
Ready 8D5 after this the software does not ask me to select location for the backup file to be saved.
Boot Prepare Failed comes after the Ready 8D5

Can anyone tell me what is the problem?
