Alright one of my customer just dropped a phone off to me yesterday and i kept trying to figure out what the solution to the problem might be, the main problem is that the sign "Unable to Charge " appears, and when the phone is powered and usb cable is plugged in you can flash it but *******packing it several time never fixed it but the interested thing is when u connect the adapter when the phone is on the phone powers off by it self it shows its charging for a few seconds but it powers off.

Now i know the battery, charger, etc. are not the problem so please dont say that they might be the problem i am 100% they are not problem, i know there is electricty going to the battery when the charger is connected

Now i opened up the phone and guess what i see the phone test point area is open apart and the phone is not unlocked but the phone test point area is cut open the shield, now i was wondering could it be the U800 chip itself or what , anyone have a solution or know where to buy chips like that etc. will be greatly appreciated if you can help me with this solution thanks bye!

Hi mates

I accidentally broke a component while cutting the shield for making a testpoint, and I don't know what the component is, I'm desperate waiting for someone to tell me what's the missing component, so I can find it somewhere and replace it.
I can't understand the schematics of the phone.

There is an attached picture with the place where the component is broken, it's a Motorola V360V, the golden stuff which appears there are two contacts for the simcard, I have a complete picture of the whole phone inside just if someone need it, it's HQ pictures, that's why I didn't attach it.

Please help me ASAP if you can.

please help me out on this one... I have this Motorola C261 and upon powering up the unit.. it says 'Subsidy Password:' then at the middle portion of the screen it says 'Contact Service Provider' .. i tried putting SIMs of all the 3 service providers available in our place and still the same result..

what should i do? is there a code i can enter or keys i can press to format this phone (just like in Nokias) to get rid of this status message.. if this is network locked, is there a code to unlock it?

please help...
