i need to know what is boot loader ? & I have USB-SMART with motorolla support ..... how cani work with that ...... V3 Auto Turn On

V3 ,when I Put The Bat It Auto Turn On And I Cant Turn Off It With Buton ,off Buton Not Funcion
I Am Tray To Flash It Put Is Imposible ,in Flash Mode It Show Only Boot Loader And Sw Version Other Part Not Exist In Dysplay(battery Ok ,ok To Program .......)
Any Solution?

Hi, I have a L6 that reboots by itself, it´s not a software problem (tried everything, repair PDS, new flash, new boot, etc.).
After I turn it on, the "hellomoto" screen (bootscreen) appears, and two or three seconds after the "Insert SIM" screen comes up, it reboots by its own.
Already tried every part (even the display) with another L6 working properly and I know that is a board problem.
Also tried getting the board in a ultrasonic cleaner with isopropilic alcohol and cleaned with compressed air.
Please help!

v3i after unlock no network no communications. i did repair pd and full flash the fone but still no network.can any one help me please tell me what i do next?
