v3 crazy keypad - GSM-Forum

my moto v3 razer water damage, it is autometic keypad buttons on.just like
(voice recording memory full)& no 2,4 automatic digits onnnnn. i changed flux
but same prob.

plz hlp me any one

I had similar problem changed the keypad flex, but that was not the problem, flash the phone gazillion time but that was not the problem, there is a damaged chip on the board, i forgot the exact chip which it was but if you search around the forum for schematics, good LUCK

Friend, your full solution is to change the audio flex, not the keypad flex one.- it should work normally, tested in a lot of phones, try and post your results mate.

Mate, you know V3 has two flex the 1 Main (keypad), the 2 is on the Lcd, this has the buzzer and buttons like Vol +, Vol -, Cam and Recording, this flex you have to replace. post results or questions bro.-

I understand i have a few Razrs still siting with similar problem i will try and post results, but i remember last time i was reading there was a post about some chips which you had to replace or something similar

I had the same keypad problem , just on/off working. I change speaker flex and now all its ok.

Hi
I have a problem, on V3i doesn't work the On/Off button and It is in profile mode. On Lcd seems the Alarm all the time. The flex has been changed,but still problem. Whats the matter?

brother i recieved v3 water dammage with key pad problem...and i replaced complete keypad pannel...but if i press any key pad button it shows up volume??????how it can possible?????plz tell meee...i will b very thankfull 2 u...

Mate said in this thread what is the solution for your problem, it is in the second and small flex cable in the LCD up part of the phone, check and post results mate

i tried it but new problem arrived...some button r working...and some are not...i tried also with change the keypad ribbon but still problem...i think its a board problem...what can i do bro???previous problem is solved...thanks...
