first change mic.if prob still there thane check handfree port.or handfree mic point joint with main mic.
its not final salotion.but try it

Hi but i tryed to changed mic but i cant i heated the mic to take it out but i cant please tell me what to do?

I agree with MUTULA,removing of mic is very hard.No soulition for this problem yet ????
