u need open phone and clean contact...

first change mic.if prob still there thane check handfree port.or handfree mic point joint with main mic.
its not final salotion.but try it

My phone is new , not used one.
I agree with MUTULA,removing of mic is very hard.No soulition for this problem yet ????
