unsoder the mic?

wife washed her razr. i'm in process of replacing what i believe to be the problem pieces
mini speaker - simple
general clean up - simple

replace of mic.
I have it located, i have replacement. My issue is i'm non to bright on removing the shield, then the faulty mic, then installing the new mic.

i attempted a sodering iron - but got really worried that i would fry the board, so i stopped. No damage done, all tested well.

everything is in order now but the mic - does any one have any insights for me on how to remove and replace the mic?

sure - flame me for not googling ( but how then did I find this great site ) but please, in the flame, could you help me?

thanks
