v3 power amp problem

Hi guy's,

I have a v3 that will not turn on it just gets very hot. Tested on the power supply and can confirm that there is a short circuit.

I have removed the power amp from the board and now the phone will power up.

I have replaced the power amp with a new one but the fault has come back p.a gets very hot and phone is dead.

Sound like a supply problem fault, any1 come across this problem ?

More important is there a solution to repair this fault?

thank-you

BR
