Reading flash id... unable to retrieve flash id, this error in the log file shows that flash chip can not be rad properly. There are two main reasons for that:
1. The flash memory chip is damaged or doesn't communicate with the processor. In this case the phone needs hardware repair.
Connection between the chip and the PCB may be improved by the hot air.
2. Testpoint procedure was not performed properly -- just to make sure please, repeat the tp procedure.
