V975 keypad problem!!


V975 only power key & 6 key work. Keypad light also remain on. Anyone can help!!

hi, any help is greatly appreciated.. bought phone locked to suncom v3r, thought i would unlock myself. started to try to backup and wrote drivers to phone.. now wont give me the enter subsidy code.. think i left the new sim in too long, anyway... i bought a code.. and cant get to the screen that says enter code.. it says insert sim or contact service provider. how do i get to the input code screen??? i am way over my head on this one.. thanks in advance for help

Dude, why hijack my thread with your problem? Anyway, put in a sim card that the phone is lock to and leave it on for about 1 hour, subsidy screen will then b available.
