Time to release new Typhoon Key Maintenance Tool (v3.0).

What is changed?
- Added support for Vista OS
- Added support for Vista CCID USB Smartcard Readers
- Now card activation procedure is 100% automatic
- Card pairing with UFSx box is also 100% automatic
- Software built from scratch
