To solve this contact your reseller/or me, send your card ID and we will grant you extra pairing credit, and update your set with Update Tool

Mine was unpaired after the last HWK update and i re-updated my card.
Now i formatted my pc and it asks for pairing again.


Sending pair data request to server...
Error: NO CREDITS LEFT FOR NEEDED ACTIVATION, CONTACT RESELLER OR SUPPORT TEAM DIRECTLY
Signing card with RSA...
RSA Signature written OK
Disconnected from Typhoon Server


Can i ask for one more credit?

Why was it lost by formatting? I thought it was all on the card.
