I checked and rpl is 100% Correct
Try to write BINary NPC using HWK to restore IMEI

I've done it with MT by dowgrading to v3.70 and upgrading 5.60 without rewriting RPL.
I've drivers problem , i can't flashing by USB.

* * * Phone flashing done in 11: 0 minutes
Post Flash serial tunning of phone....
Pooling mode for full factory set...

Factory Default Settings...OK
