nokia 5300b after unlock there is no network
no operator
but if we change crt region not pm 308 then imei will be
1234560112345
and network then present u can make calls
thats mean there is some data in that region blocked 900mhz
allow only 800-1800-1900
now phone working but switched off after some time
because imei damaged
can mr karwos help us to solve this problem
what the secrets in that region
how to modify 900 mhz without damage crt region
it can be first in the world..... may be
hope to hear ur opinion

Band info is stored in NPC and for now is not possible to recalculate NPC for good IMEI+RAP and desired Band

if NPC is erased then phone using all avaiable RAP bands

is it possible to write new rpl file after changing certificate (damaging the IMEI )? can this help to repair IMEI and activate the 900M band?

how about unlock the phone downgrade back up the rpl full erase and flash the old version of 5300 RM-146 . write the rpl back again then write also the pm using sx4 authoriization and flash with the new version. ( note) inthe pm you use RM-146 you should edit the notepad and erase the pm308 because when you forget it phone becomes contact service ) Full factory setings after.. then post here the results of the method

But RPL file is calculated in Nokia server (salo or tucson) and they recognize band and RPL is band-locked. No way.
Most important is NPC right now, not PM "1" or else

YES band information in NPC
i try with buying new rpl file for 5300b
but new rpl also come with band locked to 800\1800\1900
may be can find way to change band information in NPC
