Hi,
download new logger v1.39

Here is a list of models which can be unlocked by end customer
without special cables or test point.

Can you confirm 1000% that this software can unlock this phone?
If answer is YES, how many credits I will need per 1 pcs ? Thank you.

for A840 i didn't find prob, anyway before buy download logger and test demo if unlock is possible using "check unlock possibility",
NEED 1 LOG = 1 PHONE

prices now are down as below:

1 - 20$
2 - 30$ (2x15)

I have some credits left. Does this version supports all A1000 bootloaders versions? Or just some? Up to what? Thanks.

Phone can't connect...

I tryed and when connect loger for test and select A840 model, I get only two options - Info read & Chip BackUp . When I set to info read and press start, software give me error (can't read phone info). What is mean this? How I can check unlock posibility for this model (A840)? Thank you

u can't. ser-rem is a bit like this. u only know if something's working after u actually done it. It's like a blind date...

no bla bla.. a 1000 1.02.11 > boot 0.5.F.1 and 0.5.F2 can be simple unlocked without TP , direct.
boot 0.6.3.2 need to be downgrade before, then direct unlock

When in force boot mode the phone shows <<AP Bootloader>> 01.02.11 (apb1003). Ser-Rem stills says not suported. I have bootloader 01.02.11 and no direct unlock supoorted. Anyway, and if need to downgrade, how can I do that? Flash a monsterpack? Which one?

Here goes the log. I guess the bootloader is 0.6.3.2. What's the solution then?
