I wanted to know if I have 1000 credits and over I have automatically activated and dont need to activated again with another credits

If you have 1000 credits SL3 server start calculation your phones without any other process.

Cost for 1 phone stay 80 credits

No need, you can buy after 100 credits.
Your SL3 access stay active all time.
