whats wrong with the server i sent ASK file from 5 days ago and i have the same log :

Server IP: 213.16.42.125, Box_SN: actse23
Connect... Resp: o/0110/hello there
Login...OK, available count 15;

busy, waiting...
e/0/accepted;

plz advice the custmer want his phone
what can i do???????
