5200 contact service after & before RPL

Hi masters;
Have a set of 5200 which lost SP data at the time of flashing.It was showing "CONTACT SERVICE" when i got the phone.

Fully erased the phone with 16 and 32mb erase files.Flashed the phone with version 5.Got RPL and wrote it to phone(though i don't have good PM to write on the phone).
Problem is here:
Powered the phone ON before writing RPL and it showed contact service and turned off.
Wrote RPL and repeated the same and again i have "Contact service" and again it turns off.
What's the possible reason?

1) check selftests, simlock state
2) after erasing phone must be callibrated or must be written good PM without IMEI and SIMLOCK

Come on man,u must be kidding.Writing PM by sx4 needs safe simlock and superdongle and if u start eriting PM b4 rpl it gives u errors.

I'm not kidding. U say that U already wrote RPL. Now U must write PM without IMEI and SIMLOCK data, restart phone and check works or not.

All procedure:
1) erase all
2) flash
3) ASK->RPL
4) SX4, Write PM (PM must be readed from fully working phone, and same ver how MCU and deleted some blocks where is IMEI and SIMLOCK)
