Met one 5300b ,it cannot be unlocked.I use the same way (downgraded to 3.92 first,then unlock)...this 3rd one happen here.

Thx ,I lost three credits on 5300b,one credits was refunded by SoftMobile.I will try your suggestion if the customer comes back.Got the imei done wish they work.Actually I did another rm-147 4.71 worked after that.
