6233 write rpl error - GSM-Forum

Have problem with 6233 rpl writing.Here is the log-
SKIPPED Certificate sent

============= Set FBus mode for info =============
Pins:
Mbus 1, Box Tx 1, Box Rx 1, Bsi 0
Phone is in: Local mode
Model: RM-145 (Wimbledon (Classic) )
V 05.10/21-12-06/RM-145 (c) Nokia
IMEI: 359727003070153
Simlock send - FAILED!
SuperDongle send - SUCCESSFULL!!!
Please help me solve this problem.

No solution .

You lost on RPL

now only solution to change RAP + Flash from other phones ( Must be same from 1 Board )
