only click bb5 pm and imei back up also disable vpp and flash dear only chk in right side pannel these 3 options and all others not chk ok use fbus cable and ignore all errors set on after flash

try to flash with 6.43 version

and check "disable Vpp"

try again...cable should be a boot mode one...

check whre is installed mate. I thing he is installed in:
c:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\Products but need to be in:
c:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\
just move folder and restart software

yes but the version 6.43 not existe in this folders .not instaled in ini folders in my pc

then check may be is installed here:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nokia\DataPackage\Products\RM-78
if is here copy folder RM-78 to:
C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\products
and on question for update folder say yes.
Please mate this is child work! What you work before start to gaming with mobile phones?

all version is instaled and work fine .
but version 6.43 is the alone not work it's disabled !!!!!
