may be new versions are working, but with 1.43 i was not able to unlock 6300 v4.70, 6131 v6.10 and 6280 v6.43, always:

i have also same problem but when i see simlock lock status is Mcc Mnc FFFFFFFFF
then i write Restore data after try to unlock then my 6280 is Ok 100% tested .
