If you can get phone info i think you have cable problem
External power supply you don't need

my box came from iphone (cause have iphone sticker) n cable truely i just use the mtbox adapter.. n for 3650 i use old cable from tornado..
it is different cable on tornado and MTBOX?
Btw when use the cables.. phone goes LOCAL MODE.. but not detect the phone.. that cause by cables too??

try download latest version which avaliable at support area MTB_NK_v1.071

make sure for MT-Box u need to always use the adaptor

all nokia cables comes with mtbox package are 8 pins , mtbox works with 10 pins cables.
for nokia flashing use - mtbox cable adaptor
for SEMC - no need to use cable adaptor ( because they are allready 10 pins )
