I have here a Alcatel E801 phone with phone code.
I read all codes with Alcatraz and i see a reset code but how to enter this code?

Power on phone with sim card inside, type code and press ok.

I try that solution but when i enter the code the phone don't accept the last 2 digits.
I can only enter 8 numbers and the reset code is 10 numbers.
