GTI download page at web address: http://www.support.gti-forum.com/sw.php will not be used anymore Griffin Team made new support forum and new support page The new GTI official forum web address: http://www.gtibox.net/forum/index.php The new GTI download way for existing users --------------------------------------------------- - Download GTI tool v2.03b2 - Connect GTI box to LPT or USB - Connect power supply ACP-12 (original Nokia phone charger) - Start GTI tool v2.03b2 and go to "about" tab - Press "GoSupport" button --------------------------------------------------- The new GTI download way for new users --------------------------------------------------- - Download GTI tool v2.03b2 - Connect GTI box to LPT - Connect power supply ACP-12 (original Nokia phone charger) - Install FLS-4Drv-Jun10-141542.exe more details in (FLS4_Instructions_V2.pdf) - Start disableWarmPoll.reg - Restart PC - Start GTI tool and go to "about" tab - Press "GoSupport" button --------------------------------------------------- If GTI tool can't find the box use this way: Start GTI tool Connect box to PC Press "GO to support" Connect power supply to box --------------------------------------------------- Thank you for your trust in Griffin Team Last edited by SoftMobile; 09-30-2006 at 23:57. |

| i boght this box 16 months ago its a GOOD box but i cant flash bb5 phones sinece i got it ( tried everything changing fia to 3.33 ..etc ) wiating for software for nokia 16 monthe support area too slow and updates r too late and the gtitool cant detect the box.. so now i lost the support 4ever .. any ideas from the product support team..?? thnx alot DARKBLUES |

we really thought that the pevious gti suppport was cool ...but this new torrent support we cant even log on properly...when we click support on the gti tool no problem it goes through picks up the dongle id no problem,but when we click on any of the menus it says id anonymous????  tried a zillion times different dongles and pcs but the same?please fix this problem....also i would like to find out if the gti users are getting the new k800 software.... | |
