I want to back up the phone contacts and messages in my dead phone by mt box,the phone could not be detected by usb connection to use pc suite

YOu cannot do this with your dead phone!

If you can get info , you can try to backup your data with Multibox KArwossuite

I have never heared about KArwos suite for multibox,however i do not have multibox
actually i do not understand why backup personal data from phone is difficult while extracting phone vesion and information are easy
