bad rpl file (4 kb ) please mt team help me - GSM-Forum

ý sent you 2 ask file ..1 is 9kb ý worked the phone.. the other one is 4kb and the imei is different so it is not working imei 12346554321??. the phone also it cost me 80 credit.
would you please help me to work the other phone Im adding the ask file ýsent to the server.please help me urgent .

dear i have had problem with rpl .no one from support team helped me except one person they call him 91IGT and he said that its hardware issue .......................
means ur phone have hardware problem and they couldnot do any think in this state as they r only supplier of this service as rpl cames directly from nokia ..........................
u have to resolve ur problem by ur self if u could no one would help u ..........
i call then now help less team....
no br for this team
but alot for u
