hello
i have some prablam my MTBOX wen i unlock eny bb5 set my box give this errer i chek my cable & box connectors its ok but same errer how con i do? please help

mate try to push hard mt adaptor in mt box if not solved checked it with another mt box if got same error then return adaptor for chage ,,,,,,,,,
if it is mt box problem then check its female connector ,,,resold it if not in warrenty other wise change it,,,,,

not another problem - only connectors! Just clean her good with any alcohol or a spray for cleaning and all will be ok.

bRO go to My computer>right click ;device manager look USB uninstall your Mt-box connected then removed the box in the usb port. connect again
let the PC detect your MT-box and install the mt-box usb driver,,,,, locate/browse it in your Directory/folder and follow the next steps ..done

open again Mt-box Software icon.

Then problem is with your female 10-pin connector in MT Box, maybe you tried to connect 8-pin cables direcly to MT and you bended pins 1 and 10 in MT, check them.
