i bought 1 desktop pc with this configuration
alienware aurora
CPU i7 920 (2.66Ghz, 8MB
2GB ATI Radeon Hd5970
Windows 7 64b
6GB of ram
now if i change the graphique card from 2GB ATI Radeon Hd5970 to 4GB ATI Radeon Hd5970 is it going to make any change in SL3 UNLOCKING SPEED

No. You won't not need more memory. You'll need more cores. Just buy one more 5970 (if your motherboard have two, or more, 16x PCIE slots)
