Smile Contact the Retailer... not solved except by its own pm..

problem of phone is Contact the retailer..
some phones ... i did backup of its pm .. and rpl.. before any thing...

so
after correct imei or config ....

and Write Good pm (tested before, and it was working)....

some phones .. become ok....

but other phones ... still CR (Contact the retailer)..

then i reWrite backup pm then become ok...

to this step no proplem .... but i think why ???

because if i not backup pm before write Rpl or it is full erased ... so how is the solution??

i did write full pm ( without 308) ----- not solved

-----------------------------------------
------------------------------------------
i think that why some phones with CR not solved...yet .

i hope to found the answer .. ...

thanx for all..
TC

for you ,..
that happen on (HW PHONES OK)

for example:
n91... is was restarted ... so Imei and config is correct ... but by full erase i get CR .. flash (same ver..) and write Rpl(from server), pm with sx4 (good pm, tested).. but still CR , then solved by its own backup pm ..(that saved before)..

also same thing happen in n95... it was locked .. then by wrong way in soft became CR.. so correct its imei and config by Server Rpl... but not CR... then solved by its own backup pm.. and unlock... ok.

You can't find specific solution ,
Talking about Contact Retailer is more, And there r different opinions
And also there r different experiments , But no particular Solution.
There r a large gab between boxes Coders and Nokia Programmers in this point.
