if when telephone came with 0/10 you can write bac IMEI.pm file in location
"C:\Program Files\GriffinTeam\MT-Box\bb5bckup"
with JAF or MT box and with cable modified with resistor 5 KOmh in BSI
(meaning telephone enter auto in local mode with modified cable)
test by me

You don't need to BUY an RPL to reset the counter. (depending on when the pm was created!)

Use an FBUS cable,
If you have JAF, press AUTH SX4, once successful, Write PM and use the IMEI.pm file.
With MT, LOAD PM, PRESS SX4, once successful, Write All.

But as MRPHUC said, if the PM backup was made when the counter was 0/10, then using the PM will fix this.

But if the PM was created when the phone was 10/10, then an RPL will be required!

To be honest I find the proceedure better on the Jaf, so if you have Jaf do it on that!
Yes Tick!

Keep trying til it is successful, maybe connect the 12x nokia charger to your MT. (as was struggling to do this with an N95, but worked when I had the 12x connected)

To perform SX-4 authentification in MT you have to have at least one credit left at GT server and login with your user and pass
