DB2020 Flashing Problem


Hi,

Support team I Have problem flashing any DB2020 with software version “DB2020 inside v1.7 setup”. But I flash any Phone its go to “Configuration error. Please contact your network operator or service centre.” Support teams its server problem or my side sees one K320 flashing logs & picture.

You have only 5 credits on your account , thats the problem.
Charge your account with more credits and write only CDA file.

Thanks for you reply I try and post result. But why I used other id & pass what about my id & pass. Its mean I lost my credits or not. Know which Process I used my 5 credits....

Your credits its not used from your account because pwd is not calculated.

Writing CDA file use 5 credits.

Writing MCU and DEC does not use any credit.

Please check in user manual page 12

My Question is what about my old user id which one have 5 credit its. You told me use new id and pass. Because now I used other user id and pass there for I complete my flashing. Now what about my old id & pass have 5 credits. I lost or not. Then how I used old id and pass.

Old user name you can charge again and use same account. The problem with minimum 5 credits will be solved in next update.
