Downgrading


I Am An Old User Of Mt Box. But Just Got Bb5 Box By Dejan And It Seems I Have To Downgrade The Fon Before I Unlock But I Dont Know How To. Do I Need A Particular File To Do This Downgrade? All I Use Ma Mt Box Is For Decoding 2310 And 2610. I Hope To Get Help Soon. Thanks

Hi, for downgrade just install the package containing the flash file that you need

then open mt-box, check all backup options (imei and 308 backup) and select the phone and the product number that you will use, then simply click on bb5downgrade button, if all goes ok (bsi 1 tx 1 rx 1) then phone will be prepared and flashed

if something fails and your phone goes dead then flash it with the highest version flash and try again with any other version

if you cannot repare a bad upgraded phone then full erase it, flash with higher version and write imei and sp area backups

this is all that you will need for downgrade phones. Check that you have good quality cables because you need local mode and flash mode operations
