how to write 308 backup - GSM-Forum

Hi. before unlock the phone the 308 backup is checked. Now counters are 10/10 3/3. How can unlock it ??Searching i find 2 archives with imei.r3c and imei.pm in diferent folders because i dont know what must do.
Any help please

LOAD IMEI.PM TO WRITE PMM SECTION,CHECK FIELD AND CLICK ON A WRITE SELECTED MATE.
