all erros init flash eror :001
loader2 error:004
boot error:005
this all errors it whit wrong resitor in v1 tp change resistor
~20-27om or conect direct that is problem

I have done a lot of those phones.
Simlock and Flash about 30 i guess....
This error i haven't seen.

But when i was you i would tried a other Testpoint like V3 <-- that one have i used always.

Or it's maybe the glue on the testpoint.

if this resistor broken tel not conect or not power on
