To Griffin Team, pls help: - GSM-Forum

i have a phone which has block simlocked count. i read ask file and sent to server. then i received rpl. but i cannot write rpl. i try all cables, diferent mode etc.... it says invalid rpl. i have little experience as far as writing rpl is concern; what am i doing wrong?. phone still locked. can't enter code.

ask files is ok ,but griffin cannot generate sim lock rpl for bb5 .

can somebody pls shed some light on this; when i write rpl, i get invalid rpl. whats wrong ? i have many phones to restore simlock count; i therefore woull like to know how to sort this problem out before tryinng to ask rpl again !

RPL from GTserver DONT UNLOCK the phone!!!!!
RPL can reset counter for wrong entered codes but not unlock or change status of a simlock.

you need to click on WRITE RPL BB5!!!

And may have a problem with the cable.

after this message in what condition is the phone?

about simlock state, i know about that; but i have the codes for some bb5 phones. but the customers have entered wropng codes too many time and sim counter is block. now i ask rpl as u see in attchment in the above thread. now i try to write this bb5 rpl; but i get invalid rpl. if u tll me how to sort this out; i may be able to ask additonal rpls for the other phones. my prob is to restore the simlock count so that i can enter cod manually again. why invalid rpl when i try? i used jaf 7 pin cable and has try all mode ( normal, local and test)

thks; already done that; fyi, i am not talking about simlock but simlock count ! writng rpl should have restore the simlock count to 3 more chance and then, i could have entered code manually; but when i upload the rpl, i got invalid rpl. now i dont know if i should make more ask file and get rpl because first it costs money, second either i dont know how to use it, or phone has a prob or something is wrong with the rpl !
